As Realtors our season is fast approaching as well, the question is do you wait to list your home for sale or do you pull the trigger now? Here are the advantages and disadvantages of an early listing. With buyers already flooding the market your home is in demand and with the right price could sell quickly. Lastly is competing with new construction, this can be very difficult for an older home to compete when their market is new construction but it is not impossible. The biggest advantage you will have is price. Pricing your home to compete with new construction is very important, work with your Realtor to set this price according.
