Sandra Karnes

Sandy has been with Southwest Missouri Realty since the fall of 2021. Her desire is to work with families of all sizes and needs.  Whether you are just starting out or ready to move to a different home.  Sandy is a SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designee.  She says “working with seniors is more than just selling or buying a home”.  

As a commercial building owner and landlord she has the experience to help you with your business needs; whether it be finding a space to lease, purchase or sell.  Sandy is a board member of REMP (Real estate and mortgage professionals).

Outside of work Sandy loves to have bonfires (it is all about the s’mores), garden and travel.  Her bucket list is to go deep sea fishing. She also comes from a divided house of football…Chiefs against her husband’s two teams, Patriot’s and Bills. Sandy is involved in church and heavily involved in civic organizations.
