Ryan & Linda Glendenning

We are a husband and wife REALTOR® team serving the “Ozarks” region of southwest Missouri.  We share 19 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions.  To meet and exceed our clients’ needs, we incorporate what we have learned in 10+ years of residential lending, 10+ years of construction, 7+ years of residential design/decor experience, and a business degree from Missouri State University.  As licensed REALTORS®, we’ve both received multiple awards for individual yearly production volume as well as lifetime achievement awards from the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors.  In an exciting new endeavor, we have started G&G Team.  The team qualified in our first year for the team production volume award. 

Over the years, we have worked with many amazing buyers and sellers all over Southwest Missouri.  We have experience with first time home buyers, retirement properties, vacant land, foreclosures, farms, home building, investment properties (rental, remodel/resale), forever homes and long distance relocations.  Buyers and Sellers working with us will receive polite professional and informed service from two full time agents.  Our clients should expect open lines of communication before, during, and after the sale.  We love to help people!  We love clients becoming friends!  In short, people are our passion and why we do our jobs!

Married for 23 years, we’ve lived in Springfield, Willard, Republic, Ozark, Battlefield, Pleasant Hope, and Bolivar.  We’re familiar with the southwest MO area  and will use our experience to help find you the perfect home.  We spend our personal time with our son and dogs exploring the Ozarks’ winding, hilly trails, beautiful lakes, and scenic rivers.  We enjoy camping, hiking, and visiting America’s amazing National Parks.  Along with enjoying the great outdoor scenery the area has to offer, we enjoy a deep involvement with our church community as well as local school sports and activities with our son.
