Senior citizen assistance

Senior Resources by Health and Senior Services
Develop a Plan!
-Designate a family member or friend to be your contact if you are in need of assistance
-Develop a plan with said family member/friend about what to do if you get sick
-Have an information sheet that includes the following:
All medications you take (use full medication names and how much you take)
A list of your medical providers and their contact information. Let your designated contact know exactly where this list is located.
-If you get sick, do not wait to call someone for help. Let them know you are sick right away so you can get treatment as soon as possible
Be sure to contact senior citizens in your life at this time to ensure they have everything they need. It's also a great idea to call just to chat during a time when we can all feel a bit isolated.
As an SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) it is important to me to help families know what assistance is out there for our senior citizens. If you need help finding any more assistance for a loved one in your life, please contact me.
