Valentine's Day can be one of those holidays where people gift a lot of stuff. Good stuff, don't get me wrong. Who doesn't like chocolate? But some of us have started searching for ways to create new experiences rather than giving out random things. So here are some ideas to help you create that special experience this year for you and your significant other that you can get quick, even if you wait until the last minute.
Did you know that you can actually buy a smore's roasting kit. You don't have to start a fire or try your best to roast those marshmallows in the microwave (just don't do it). Cozy up inside with your favorite blanket, get some graham crackers, hersheys chocolate and roast those marshmallows in the comfort of your living room. Not only is this super sweet for Valentine's day, but you can use it for any occasion you want!
Get a game that you can play at any point of the year. It's super fun to reconnect. You personally get to choose how flirty you want this game to be. You can play the talk game for some more relaxed fun, or choose the flirt and dare cards to make things a bit more romantic for the holiday.
Go for a Unique Dinner Out
One of the great things about Springfield is that we have some amazing food here! There is almost always something new to try. Take Valentine's Day to try out somewhere you never have before. You may love it or hate it, but it sure will be an experience for you and your significant other. One of my personal favorites to recommend to people is Cafe Cusco on Commercial St. Not only is their food amazing, but it is such a cool environment!
