As many of us know, the popularity of Air BnB's has continued to grow. Many people are searching for a unique place to stay that is reasonably priced. So, the question is, is it as easy as purchasing a property and putting it on a website? Not necessarily.

Last year, Springfield MO introduced several new regulations in regards to short term rentals. It is important to educate yourself before making that investment. You can find many of these new regulations here:
