Why do Realtors hate Zillow.com?

Ask any Real Estate agent why they dislike Zillow so much and this is what you will hear....it's not accurate! Almost daily we hear a client tell us how Zillow said their home was worth this or that but the comps we have don't remotely justify that price at all. Why is this? Zillow is a home search company based in California, they never visit your home, never visit your town and never visit your state. They get their information off tax records and google pictures...Does that sound accurate to you? Would you really let someone give you a home value when they have never even seen the street you live on? NOOOOO
