A House for All Seasons!

Here in Missouri, we are somewhat known for our drastic weather changes. As you may know, we can experience sunny weather at 75 degrees one day, and below 30 degrees and snowing the next. Although we like to exaggerate our inconsistent seasons, for the most part, we know what to expect and that is...to be ready for all four seasons. We have the dry and high temperatures in the Summer, a rainy Spring, a cool Fall and a very cold and windy Winter. So when house hunting in this area, it only seems logical to find a house ready for all 4 seasons.

SUMMER
Does the home have a yard to enjoy the sunny days and wonderful windows for natural lighting inside?

SPRING
Have your REALTOR® research and make sure the area is safe from the flooding rains in Spring. Also, Spring time can bring along some hail, so a garage will protect your vehicles during the occasional hail storm.

FALL
The season Missourians tend to get excited about. A nice fire pit outside to enjoy the beautiful, cooler evenings that we experience during this season is a must. The sky is beautiful during Fall. Invite over some good company, catch up with each other and enjoy the crackling of the fire.

WINTER
...when most of our time is spent inside. A fireplace is the perfect way to sweeten up our bitter Winter season.

Yes, we may tend to complain about our changing weather, but deep down, it truly is a gift to experience every season of the year.
