YES…LISTEN TO ME! The proof is in the numbers, per the National Association of Realtors the average sales price in our area from 2016 is up 6.5% WOAH!!! So why?? Good question, with interest rates still low buyers are hitting the market while that rate can be locked. With a lack of listings on the market, sellers who are willing to list are getting more for their homes!

 

And guess what else, homes are selling fast fast fast, quicker than we can put a sign in the yard fast. Sales volume for Missouri is up 9.5% from 2016 with of 770 million dollars in volume sold! Southwest Missouri sold nearly 5,000 houses last month, that is up 2.8% from February of 2016. The median sales price is up over 6%.............SO THE BIGGEST QUESTION IS…WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR????

 

This market will not last, if you are looking to sale now is the time! Nixa residence listen even closer, average days on market is under 30 as of March 15th, yes you heard me less than 30 days. That is more than a little crazy.
